Implementation Analyst

The Role
Getting each customer live means turning complex, messy data and catalogs into clean structure our product can use. Some of that we do with AI, some by hand - all of it takes a sharp, analytical mind that likes untangling hard problems and getting the details exactly right.
You'll own how real-world data becomes usable inside the company, working with AI to move fast and with your own judgment to keep it correct.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex, messy data into structured formats
- Utilize AI tools to expedite data processing
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with the AI team to optimize data handling processes
Requirements
- Genuinely analytical - you love a messy problem and reason your way to a clean answer
- Obsessively detail-oriented - you catch the thing that's slightly off and can't leave it alone
- Strong with data - patterns, rules, structure, and hierarchies come naturally
