Implementation Consultant

About the Position

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant with strong IT and AI skills to join our international FMCG client projects. You will be responsible for leading world-class IT system implementations, utilizing artificial intelligence and Image Recognition technology to support field sales (SFA) for international FMCG clients.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of world-class IT systems, utilizing artificial intelligence and Image Recognition technology to support field sales (SFA) for international FMCG clients.
• Analyzing client business needs and recommending optimal solutions.
• Configuring the IT system according to project requirements.
• Participating in the entire implementation process: from planning, through execution, to project settlement.
• Preparing project documentation.
• Organizing and conducting training for end-users.
• Developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities within ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing (minimum C1).
• Ability to analyze challenges and propose effective business and technical solutions.
• Ability to optimize work using AI.
• Proficiency in using IT systems.
• Quick assimilation of knowledge, especially regarding new IT systems and technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Independence, responsibility, and good organization of work.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with business clients.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for work abroad (approximately 3 days per month; onboarding is conducted in Poland and lasts at least one month).
• Valid driver's license category B.
