About the Position
Friendly Technologies, a global provider of an IoT software platform, is looking for a Deployment Specialist / Implementation Engineer for the Latin America region. Join our dynamic implementation team and manage multi-level implementations using different technologies.
Responsibilities
- Configure home routers and troubleshoot internet connectivity.
- Utilize Linux OS knowledge.
- Communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Proven knowledge and practical experience in home router configuration settings and troubleshooting internet connectivity – Intermediate level.
- Basic knowledge of Linux OS.
- Fluent English & Spanish – reading, writing, and verbal skills (able to conduct a fluent conversation).
Advantages:
- Experience working in a Telco environment (call center, customer care).
- Basic work experience with Windows server 2016 or above.
- Basic experience as a system administrator.
- Basic experience with MySQL DB.
- Basic Linux bash and/or Windows batch scripting capabilities.
- Basic experience working with HTML/SOAP/JSON documents.
