About the Position
Within the Swiss-Ukrainian E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program (EGAP), East Europe Foundation announces a vacancy for the position of Implementation Head.
Responsibilities
- Development of methodical materials and presentations for teaching the teaching staff of schools on the use of the “Mriia” product.
- Creation of a calendar plan for the introduction of the product and control over its implementation.
- Formation and coordination of teams responsible for the introduction of the product in different regions of Ukraine.
- Development of logistics routes and budgeting to ensure effective implementation of “Mriia”.
- Negotiation and resolution of conflicts related to the introduction of the product.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading and setting up processes in the integration of new products both internally and externally.
- High-level communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts and technologies in a clear and accessible manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and experience in process optimization and project management.
- Experience in negotiations and conflict resolution.
- High level of command of the Ukrainian language, ability to make public speeches.
