About the Position
Within the Swiss-Ukrainian E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program (EGAP), East Europe Foundation announces a vacancy for the position of In-app content manage.
Responsibilities
- Constantly expand the multimedia library in the application using the CMS system (a tool for working with content), adding new content units.
- Develop and improve the CMS system, as well as the material storage system.
- Develop content validation rules and check educational content for the absence of frames and expressions prohibited by these rules.
- Implement inclusiveness of content (for example: subtitles, additional languages, sign language).
- Participate in the development of a recommendation system, group content by categories, topics, interests, series, tag content.
- Work both with app's own content and with content provided by partners for placement.
- Control the process of production of own content when interacting with contractors.
- Organize the storage of all content and related materials.

- Willingness and ability to organize filming at our events.
Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
- Proven experience of responsibility for content within a company/startup/project.
- Organization of a large number of videos (corporate library).
- Ability to work in multitasking mode and plan your work.
- Analytical thinking and understanding of metrics to analyze content performance.
