In-House Commercial Solicitor (3+ PQE)

Responsibilities

• Commercial Contracts
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including supply and purchase agreements
  • Liaising with stakeholders and developing management and mitigation strategies
• Property Portfolio
  • Assisting in the management of the numerous offices, laboratories, and workshops, with stakeholders and external advisors
• Litigation
  • Assisting in the good management of complaints and claims, internally and with external counsel
• Regulatory and Compliance
  • Supporting investigations
  • Assisting with compliance programs, policies, and training

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Minimum 3 years PQE
• Full driving license for use in the UK
