We are hiring an Overnight Studio Host for live online casino games in a modern professional studio. This is not your typical overnight job. You will be hosting live casino games on camera in Philadelphia, United States, for a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly
- Bring focus, confidence, and personality to every overnight shift
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass required background checks
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable

- $17.25/hr+ including base rate and guaranteed tip rate, averaging $20–25/hr

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
- Ability to work assigned overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
