Responsibilities

• Drive productivity, reduce rework, and rejection using Lean Tools
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms, and process controls
• Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis
• Implement PFMEA, Control Plan, and Risk Mitigation Actions
• Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics
• Ensure first-time-right execution based on approved drawings and BOM
• Ensure compliance to ISO and involvement in all QHSE activities, including internal and external audits
• Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time
• Involvement in BPS activities and coordinating and driving RPP projects

Requirements

• B.E. Mechanical with 3 - 6 Years of Experience
• Knowledge of Hydraulic components & their function, Hydraulic Circuit, and GA Drawing
• Expertise in Hydraulic Testing and Customer Inspection
• Proficiency in problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, 5S, Kaizen
• Analytical, data-driven, and decision-making ability
