Incoming Inspector - Production Quality

About the Role
Helsing is a defence AI company dedicated to protecting democracies. We are seeking a mission-driven Incoming Inspector for our Production Quality team in Munich. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards in quality assurance for our defence AI products.
Responsibilities
- Execute incoming goods inspection based on applicable specifications and secure required documentation
- Maintain and process reporting of non-conform material including conform handling and marking
- Contribute to and drive root cause corrective action and improvement activities
- Oversight and control of blocked / quarantined material in your area including scrap control
- Ensure process compliance to internal QMS, EN9100, and other applicable standards
Requirements
- Professional education in electronics, mechanics, or mechatronics
- Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience in electronics (machinery or plant engineering, automotive)
- Experience in warehouse inbound QA is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience with inspection methods by visual means or via standard test/measurement equipment
- Ability to read, understand, and apply technical documents (Engineering drawings/Inspection procedures)
- Experience with maintaining IT software applications like MS Office, QA SW (SAP experience is advantageous)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills in English and German
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
