Indirect Procurement / Purchasing Supervisor (m/f/d)

Our client is a global leader in the automotive industry. To strengthen their procurement team at their location near Kaiserslautern, they are looking for an experienced Indirect Procurement Supervisor (m/f/d) to join immediately.

Responsibilities
- Act as a Decision-Maker
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Lead a team of senior professionals
- Manage supplier negotiations
- Ensure cost, quality, and compliance targets are met
- Drive procurement initiatives
- Be the key point of escalation for supplier issues
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Several years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Proven people management skills
- Strong negotiation and supplier management expertise
- Solid command of English (German is a must-have)
- Hands-on, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset
