About the Position
Join Luxoft as an Industrial Data Analyst in Madrid, Spain. Analyze industrial data to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Exploratory analysis of industrial and operational data
- Design and maintenance of dashboards and reports for business and operations
- Definition of KPIs, metrics, and descriptive/diagnostic analytical models
- Data quality validation from a functional perspective
- Collaboration with Data Engineers and plant teams to understand data context
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar field
- Prior experience as a Data Analyst and the ability to translate data into business decisions
- 3+ years of experience
- SQL, Python (pandas), Power BI / Tableau, advanced Excel
- Data Lake / Data Warehouse
- Basic statistics concepts
- Does not design ETL pipelines or integrate data from PLCs or OT systems
- On-site work model
- Travel required to visit plants and work onsite within Spain and potentially abroad after rollout.
- English B2 (good spoken level)
