Your Role

As an Industrial Engineer, you will:

• Independently analyze existing processes, procedures, and technical systems.
• Translate technical findings into clear and accurate input for documentation and improvement initiatives.
• Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of technical procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Identify process bottlenecks, quality risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to industrialization activities related to module build, testing, installation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Technical Authors, Project Leaders, and engineering teams to ensure technical information remains accurate and consistent.
• Manage your own work packages, monitor progress, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and engineering methodologies.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders on technical content, priorities, and deliverables.
• Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
• Share knowledge and lessons learned with colleagues and project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

• At least 6 months of relevant work experience in an engineering, manufacturing, industrialization, or process-oriented environment.
• Experience through internships, traineeships, graduate projects, or professional employment is considered relevant.
• Affinity with manufacturing, industrialization, process improvement, or high-tech engineering environments.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Gross monthly salary between €1550,- and €1950,-, depending on your experience and qualifications (based on a 14-salary structure).
