About the Position
We are seeking an Industrial Relations Lead for a hybrid role in Birmingham, England. This interim position offers a rate of £750 per day for a 3-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage industrial relations activities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations
- Act as a point of contact for resolving employee issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial relations
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
