Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment and systems.
- Documentation: Create, manage, and oversee documentation for equipment, maintenance, and spare parts.
- Inventory Management: Identify critical spare parts and optimize inventory levels.
- Compliance: Conduct inspections in accordance with legal regulations.
- Project Management: Lead small projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safety and Support: Ensure adherence to safety and work protection regulations and assist the production team.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Completed technical training, technician, or master's degree in a technical field.
- Skills:
- Strong teamwork and independent task coordination.
- High commitment and flexibility.
- Structured and goal-oriented work approach.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience as a mechanic in manufacturing.
- Technical skills in mechanical engineering, welding, pneumatics/hydraulics, measurement/control/regulation technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word).
- Availability: Willingness to work in shifts.
