Responsibilities

• Spot the opportunities - Work with our account teams to find business challenges in banking & insurance, energy & utilities, retail & consumer goods, and healthcare & life sciences where AI, data, and digital products can move a KPI that matters.
• Turn problems into testable hypotheses - Define what should change, by how much, and how we will measure it, before anyone writes a line of code.
• Own the PoC - Shape the minimum scope with our TechLab engineers: data, architecture, success criteria, and a timeline measured in weeks, not months. Decide what goes in, what stays out, and when to stop.
• Prove the value - Build the story and the demo for the client's leadership: the problem, the evidence, the business case, and the path to production. Present it and defend it in front of C-level.
• Turn PoCs into business - Work with account managers and delivery teams to move from PoC to proposal to project. You co-own the pipeline the TechLab generates.
• Shape our value proposition - Turn what we learn into repeatable industry offerings, reusable demos, and assets.
• Read the market - Keep a radar on how each industry and the technology evolve, and bring the TechLab the signals worth betting on.

Requirements

• 8+ years in consulting, pre-sales, solution consulting, or digital transformation, with at least 3 working directly with client leadership.
• Proven industry experience in at least two of: banking & insurance, energy & utilities, retail & consumer goods, healthcare & life sciences.
• A track record of taking PoCs, pilots, or MVPs into production projects or signed contracts - and the numbers to show it.
• Solid understanding of generative AI and agents, data and advanced analytics, and digital product: enough to design solutions with engineers, challenge estimates, and spot what isn't feasible. You don't need to code.
• Ability to build a business case and defend it in front of a CFO.
• Excellent executive communication in Spanish and English.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

• Client-side experience in one of our target industries.
• Hands-on prototyping (low-code, notebooks, AI coding assistants).
• Product discovery.
• Lean Startup or design thinking.
• Knowledge of hyperscaler and AI vendor ecosystems.
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act, GDPR, and sector regulation (e.g., DORA).
• A senior network in our target industries.
