Influence Manager

About the Position

We're seeking an Influence Manager with experience in iGaming and crypto to join our team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers and partners, developing strategies, and optimizing marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Search and attract relevant opinion leaders to ensure quality traffic and brand growth.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and partners in the iGaming and cryptocurrency sectors.
• Conduct negotiations, conclude agreements, and monitor compliance with partners.
• Develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategies for user acquisition and brand awareness.
• Write clear and structured scenarios, scripts for influencers on various platforms.
• Launch and support campaigns aimed at lead generation, brand awareness, and audience activation.
• Continuously monitor the market, competitive environment, and trends in influencer marketing.
• Analyze competitors' sales funnels, adapt to platform and audience changes.
• Optimize marketing budgets for influencers while maximizing ROI.
• Collect feedback from influencers and pass it to the product team to improve conversion and engagement.
• Maintain reporting, work with metrics, and regularly analyze campaign effectiveness and initiatives to improve results.

Requirements

• Negotiation Skills: You confidently conduct negotiations, achieving favorable terms for the company without losing partner loyalty.
• Strategic Thinking: You see beyond the immediate tasks and build a long-term system from influencer selection to re-engagement.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to work with metrics, analyze campaigns, draw conclusions, and make improvements is a must-have.
• Flexibility: The market changes, and you adapt with it, adjusting to trends, audiences, and platform features.
• Initiative: You don't wait for tasks-you propose solutions, test hypotheses, and move forward.
• iGaming/Crypto Experience: Understanding the specifics of the niche, audience, traffic, and monetization models is a significant advantage.
• English Proficiency: At least C1 level.
