Influence Manager (Insta/Gambling)

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Influence Manager specializing in Instagram and gambling verticals to join our remote team. This role focuses on influencer marketing and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Search and procurement of Instagram / Telegram gambling influencers.
• Launch UGC, Stories, Reels integrations.
• Build a system of quick tests (5–10 weekly).
• Optimize CPL and FTD.
• Work with promo codes, UTM tags, tracking, and anti-fraud checks.
• Control compliance and advertising restrictions in different GEO.
• Analyze performance metrics and scale profitable partnerships.

Tasks for the First Month

• Compile a longlist of 50–80 Instagram / YouTube / Facebook / Telegram accounts in the gambling/crypto niche.
• Launch at least 5 test placements (Stories / Reels).
• Set up UTM, pixels, and promo codes.
• Prepare a table of rates and expected metrics.
• Develop a template for regular reporting.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or Instagram traffic procurement.
• Experience in the gambling / high-risk vertical.
• Understanding of Instagram algorithms and anti-ban approaches.
• Experience with UGC creatives and warm-ups.
• Ability to analyze engagement rate, fake followers, Ads Library.
• Experience with CPA networks.
• Understanding of the funnel: Story → Landing → Registration → FTD.
• English at the B2 level.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Telegram gambling communities.
• Knowledge of betting/gambling advertising rules in various GEO.
• Experience in controlling T&C of influencers.
