What is Important for Us
- Practical experience in Influence marketing up to 1 year or completed training;
- Experience as a content manager or project manager in a digital agency up to 1 year will be a plus;
- Knowledge of the functionality and capabilities of social networks (FB, Instagram - mandatory. YouTube/Telegram, TikTok, Twitch, Threads - will be a plus);
- Multitasking, lack of fear of large volumes of communication;
- Time management skills, active monitoring of work chats to ensure the fulfillment of agreements;
- Attentiveness, quick learning, and responsibility;
- Ability to build long-term partnerships;
- Marketing knowledge: target audience, brand value, brand positioning, competitor analysis, CPM, CPA, ER, etc.
Main Tasks
- Communication with clients and project managers of the company;
- Tracking the effectiveness of publications in bloggers and the quality of work;
- Search and communication with bloggers;
- Development of commercial proposals for potential clients, preparation of budgets and presentations;
- Implementation of non-standard cooperation with influencers, such as creative mailings, events, etc.;
- Tracking creative cases, new social media features for implementation in the product;
- Conducting brainstorming sessions with the team.
