Influencer Platform Development Intern

About the Position

As an Influencer Platform Development Intern at AnyMind Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and operations of our core influencer technologies, AnyTag and AnyCreator. You will be at the heart of scaling our influencer network, optimizing platform utilization, and building vibrant social communities to empower creators across Thailand. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the Creator Economy and MarTech industry while working with a data-driven, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Operational Support: Assist in campaign setup and handle operational tasks for AnyTag Marketplace campaigns.
• Influencer Coordination: Coordinate directly with influencers, review content drafts, and follow up on timelines to ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Database & Selection Management: Prepare necessary data for influencer selection and maintain the influencer database under team guidance.
• Talent Pool Expansion: Assist in maintaining and growing the influencer network across various campaign categories.
• Tracking & Reporting: Support campaign tracking, generate performance reports, and facilitate internal coordination with relevant cross-functional teams.
• Continuous Learning: Gain hands-on experience in User-Generated Content (UGC), influencer marketing, and platform operations within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Key Skills: Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of managing tasks in an organized, structured manner.
• Interests: Passionate about influencer marketing, social media trends, content creation, or UGC dynamics.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and external influencers.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment and eager to learn new skills.
• Platform Savvy: Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, or current creator content trends is highly advantageous.
• Language: Competent in using basic English for daily work coordination and platform navigation.
