British American Tobacco in Jordan has an exciting opportunity for an Information & Planning Analyst in Amman.


Responsibilities

  • Support Trade Marketing and Distribution team with critical insights, analysis, and reporting
  • Work closely with the distributors to monitor competition intelligence and activities
  • Perform daily analysis over direct sales operations to ensure achieving sales targets and productivity levels
  • Coordinate with relevant distributor team members to ensure regular and ad-hoc reporting is delivered timely with high data accuracy
  • Build multi-functional relationships and create an environment where information & resources are shared in pursuit of business goals

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in a role involving data processing and analysis
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
  • Very good attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Good communicator both verbally and written + Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong MS Office skills, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
