About the Position
We're looking for an Information Manager to join our United Utilities Framework. Location: Warrington, Blackburn, Manchester - Some remote working available. Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Join our thriving Information Management team and play a vital role in our digital transformation journey. As an Information Manager, you'll ensure our projects comply with industry standards like ISO 19650 while delivering exceptional information management solutions that help bring our projects to life.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and maintaining our Digital by Default strategy across all projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and industry standards
- Managing and mentoring our Information Coordinators, providing training and fostering their professional development
- Conducting quality assurance audits and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborating with project teams to establish effective Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and information naming conventions
- Being the go-to expert for information management queries, providing thoughtful solutions to complex challenges
Requirements
- Experience implementing ISO 19650 principles across projects and understanding information management procedures
- Skilled at working with Electronic Document Management Systems configured to CDE principles (Viewpoint For Projects preferred)
- Enjoy mentoring others and have a talent for communicating complex ideas clearly
- Passionate about digital transformation in construction and eager to share your knowledge
