  • Conduct cost allocation analysis and verify automated reporting results against cloud billing sources to improve accuracy and continuously refine FinOps automation
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve automation and operational efficiency
  • Design, document, and maintain FinOps automation procedures, reporting logic, and operational documentation related to the tools and solutions delivered

  • Strong understanding of Clean Code principles
  • Excellent debugging skills
  • Experience with GitLab
  • Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud [Aliyun]), with a preference for experience across multiple providers
  • Experience in cloud cost monitoring, budget tracking, anomaly detection, and cost optimization analysis
  • Solid understanding of public cloud pricing concepts, including Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, commitments, and general cloud billing mechanics
  • Familiarity with cloud account structures, tagging strategies, and cost allocation best practices, including tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor, and comparable billing/cost management tools
  • Experience building or supporting automated cost reporting processes and validating results against source billing data
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing cloud usage and cost optimization
  • Proficiency in Linux-based systems and shell scripting

  • Experience working with service-oriented architecture: APIs and SDKs
  • Autonomy and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks while managing priorities and respecting delivery deadlines
  • Good communication skills and capacity/willingness to work with coworkers outside of their immediate team or at a different studio location
  • Bilingual in English and French

Assets:
