Responsibilities

Netcompany is looking for a Project Manager to drive forward our delivery capability and deliver the optimum solutions to the clients. As a Project Manager, you will be working on cloud migration projects. This is a great opportunity to join one of the most exciting, innovative, prestigious, and forward-thinking technology-enabled organizations in the UK.

• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects within project and programme management roles that achieve real business outcomes and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• History of leading large technology and business change projects from the front with experience of scoping overall project deliverables, as well as timeframes to work within.
• Managed system integration projects that span technologies as well as third-party suppliers as part of a client’s ecosystem.
• An ability to communicate clearly to management, team members, and customers about project, programme, and business matters that builds trust and creates strong relationships.
• Managing Cloud delivery projects with prior experience, particularly cloud migration.

Requirements

• Experience of delivering complex infrastructure projects to tight deadlines.
• Excellent experience of Project Management of integrated solutions.
• Strong Planning skills.
• Good communicator able to motivate teams and build strong customer and supplier relationships.
• Stakeholder/supplier management.
• Financial management of projects including estimation, cost control, and commercial negotiation of existing and new opportunities.
• Contributed to a wider community of professionals providing knowledge sharing, support, and mentorship to more junior members of the organization to improve their effectiveness.

Nice to Have

• Ability to lead despite ambiguity and uncertainty in a large organization.
• A recognized accreditation in professional project management is desirable but not essential, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM Project Management Practitioner Qualification.
