About the Position
Ingénierie de production
ASTORM GROUP is looking for a Production Engineering expert to join our Industrial Division in Île-de-France, FR. This role involves supporting infrastructure and security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Recueillir et qualifier les besoins techniques.
- Préconiser les architectures cibles : systèmes, middlewares, flux et composants techniques.
- Garantir le respect des standards d’infrastructure et de sécurité.
- Assurer l’intégration technique des applications de bout en bout.
- Participer à la création et à la configuration des environnements de test et de production.
- Réaliser les validations techniques post-déploiement.
- Rédiger les documents techniques : Dossiers d’Architecture Technique (DAT), Dossiers d’Exploitation (DEX), cahiers de recettes techniques et consignes de Run.
- Automatisation, Déploiement & DevOps
- Piloter et sécuriser les déploiements de packages applicatifs.
- Utiliser et contribuer aux processus CI/CD.
- Automatiser les tâches répétitives d’administration et d’exploitation.
- Développer des scripts Bash, Python et PowerShell selon les besoins.
- Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles & Gestion des incidents
- Assurer le support technique de niveau 2/3.
- Investiguer les incidents applicatifs et d’infrastructure.
- Analyser les logs et identifier les causes racines.
- Participer à la résolution d’incidents critiques de production.
- Coordonner les différents intervenants techniques : systèmes, réseaux, experts techniques et éditeurs.
- Observabilité, Capacity Planning & Reporting
- Concevoir et maintenir des dashboards de supervision et de métrologie.
- Suivre les indicateurs de disponibilité et de performance.
- Assurer le suivi capacitaire des infrastructures : CPU, mémoire, stockage.
- Anticiper les besoins d’évolution et de dimensionnement des infrastructures.
Requirements
- Profil hybride combinant une expertise en administration système Windows/Linux, une forte culture de la production applicative, ainsi qu’une appétence pour la relation client et l’accompagnement d’architectures.
