Responsibilities

• Ensure technical reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of assigned equipment within the production area.
• Guarantee process stability, equipment availability, compliance with Bosch standards, and comprehensive management of defined KPIs (NuRel, Downtime, IDC, and On-Time Compliance).
• Support structured problem-solving analyses, validate, release new products and processes, ensure proper documentation, timely escalation of risks, and effective knowledge transfer to ensure operational continuity.
• Drive measurable improvements in quality, product reliability, and operational efficiency, prioritizing customer requirements.

Requirements

• Comply with compliance, ethics, and non-discrimination policies.
• Prioritize safety in process stations.
• Identify and escalate safety risks or process deviations.
• Support the implementation and auditing of 5S.
• Execute Gemba to verify compliance with standards.
• Ensure critical process parameters are defined and documented.
• Verify the correct functioning and calibration status of process equipment (Scales, Cameras, etc.).
• Confirm process KPIs within parameters: NuRel, downtime, scrap (IDC).
• Support structured problem-solving (PS) analysis.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive maintenance, confirming the availability of spare parts and periodic changes.
• Keep technical documentation of stations updated.
• Prepare basic troubleshooting documents (OPLs, Simple Fix).
• Collaborate with other areas to ensure KPI performance.
• Meet required training requirements.
