About the Position

We are looking to incorporate a Junior Security and Health Engineer in Construction to participate in international projects, collaborating in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) standards in industrial and construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the elaboration and updating of HSE procedures, plans, and documentation.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and follow-up visits in national and international projects.
• Support the delivery of training and awareness campaigns on safety and health.
• Provide support in the preparation of HSE technical documentation for bids and projects.
• Collaborate in the realization of risk assessments, incident investigations, and report preparation.
• Monitor and analyze HSE indicators, participating in continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar).
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
• Interest in developing a professional career in the field of Safety, Health, and Environment.
• Knowledge of HSE management systems and prevention regulations.
• High level of English.
• Availability to travel internationally.
• Proactive, organized, and with good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and other tools for process analysis and digitalization.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the professional environment.
• Previous experience, internships, or participation in projects related to safety and health in construction or industrial environments.
