About the Position

Ingénieur Amélioration Continue Aéronautique (H/F)

We are seeking an Aerospace Continuous Improvement Engineer (H/F) to join our team in Loire Atlantique, optimizing factory performance.

Responsibilities

Define actions necessary for optimizing production
Implement action plans on the ground and monitor their performance, in line with the group's policy
Deploy and apply continuous improvement methods to optimize all factory processes, both industrial and support functions
Support production sector managers in line performance animation
Sensitize and train operational teams in continuous improvement methods
Participate in the formalization and evolution of "Best Practices" on the site
Lead, coordinate, and monitor improvement projects

Requirements

Education: Bac +5, graduated from an engineering school or a technical university program
Experience: You have experience in industrialization and production professions
Skills: You master problem-solving methods, continuous improvement techniques, as well as SMED and AMDEC tools

You are curious, dynamic, and able to integrate into a team to get the best out of it through your interpersonal skills and your ability to anticipate and analyze.
