As part of the development of our activities in the railway sector, we are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to work on strategic projects related to embedded systems and signaling solutions.

Description of the Role

Within the project teams, you will ensure the compliance of software developments with quality, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Pilotage des processus et alignement contractuel

Ensure the implementation of project activities in accordance with contractual requirements and internal processes.
Oversee quality processes: operational monitoring, reporting, indicator management, and action plans.
Ensure the application of quality standards throughout the development cycle.
Participate in responses to calls for tenders by analyzing requirements and contributing to the quality aspects of proposals.

Assurance qualité logicielle

Deploy and maintain the software quality development process on projects.
Write, maintain, and monitor Software Quality Plans.
Conduct document reviews in accordance with established processes.
Review, verify, and validate software deliverables from suppliers for all subsystems.
Prepare, consolidate, and lead document reviews and quality milestones (Gate Reviews).
Monitor non-conformities and associated corrective actions.

Audits et conformité

Prepare for and participate in internal audits.
Conduct supplier audits and manage the follow-up of corrective actions.
Assess the conformity of practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in the optimization of quality processes and the capitalization of feedback.

Requirements

Graduated from an engineering school or with a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have significant experience in software quality assurance, embedded systems, or industrial environments with stringent constraints.
You possess:
- Good knowledge of quality processes applied to software development.
- Experience in audits, document reviews, and compliance management.
- Understanding of software development cycles and critical systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
