Description of the Role

Context:

The Industrial Testing Services department ensures the development, maintenance, and support of testing means for internal/external production sites and clients. It guarantees the proper functioning and availability of test benches, as well as their continuous improvement.

🎯 Objectives:

• Develop and maintain test benches and means (production & clients).
• Provide support to production sites (internal/external).
• Ensure the operational availability of deployed solutions.

Main Missions

• Handle and process support requests.
• Diagnose hardware & software failures and implement fixes.
• Monitor hardware/software evolutions, validation & efficiency measurements.
• Write test reports after user validation.
• Participate in activity follow-up meetings.
• Interface with production: filtering, tracking, and feedback on requests.
• Train operators on testing means.
• Capitalize on interventions and share experiences.
• Propose continuous improvements on testing tools.

Qualifications

Skills:

• Competences in electronics (schematic reading, board diagnostics), as well as in software development, ideally with knowledge of TestStand.
• Mastery of testing methods, validation, and testability principles is essential.
• Ability to characterize defects, propose solutions, and intervene on testing means in a production environment.
• Rigor, autonomy, ability to prioritize tasks, synthesize and report effectively.

Education / Experience:

• Graduated with a Bac+5 and have at least 2 to 3 years of experience post-graduation.

Languages:

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
