Description of the Position

To strengthen our teams in Ille et Vilaine, the Rennes agency is recruiting an Industrial Project Manager to work in the defense sector (H/F).

Responsibilities

• Manager a multidisciplinary team (methods, supply chain, quality)
• Lead daily rituals and continuous improvement approach
• Be responsible for Security, Quality, Cost, and Deadlines (SQDC) objectives
• Ensure the manufacturability, controllability, and maintainability of the product in series mode
• Ensure the constitution of the product industrialization file
• Be the guarantor of the resolution of technical problems
• Capitalize on the industrializations carried out
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Monitor performance

Requirements

Education / Experience

• Graduated from an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in industrial engineering

• Minimum one professional experience (an internship in the defense field is a plus)

Technical Skills

• Knowledge in the electronics field is appreciated
