Responsibilities

A. Conception & Définition Technique

• Define the interfaces, volumes, and 3D architectures of mechanical systems.
• Write technical specifications for supplier solicitations.
• Validate the 2D/3D data and interface plans provided by subcontractors.

B. Validation & Finalisation

• Finalize the 3D model (integration of supplier contributions).
• Check for absence of interferences and correct geometric conflicts.
• Validate points raised in technical reviews and close corrective actions.
• Finalize the definition dossier (2D plans, DMA, PLM) for transmission to industrialization.

C. Préparation Industrialisation

• Validate the installation and detail plans for production.
• Ensure that all designs are compatible with industrial processes.

D. Support et Résolution de Problèmes

• Support Methods teams during assembly/prototyping phases.
• Report technical problems and propose corrective solutions.
• Participate in follow-up meetings with project teams and suppliers.

Requirements

Formation : Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent en mécanique, conception industrielle ou aéronautique.

Expérience : 5 ans minimum en conception mécanique (secteur ferroviaire/industriel apprécié).

Compétences techniques

• Maîtrise CATIA V5/V6 (ou EHI), création de maquettes complexes.
• Utilisation de DMA, PLM, et DOORS pour la traçabilité et les exigences.
• Connaissance des normes ferroviaires/aéronautiques (ex. : EN 45545, NF F00-100).
• Compréhension des processus de fabrication et des contraintes d’assemblage.
• Expérience en travail avec les Méthodes, Qualité, et Fournisseurs.
