Description of the Position
We are looking for a Conducteur de Travaux Peinture (H/F) to intervene on technical projects with high added value. You will be in charge of supervising specialized painting works: hulls, deck resins, superstructures, as well as interventions related to Renewable Marine Energies (EMR).
Responsibilities
- Pilot and coordinate all painting works on site.
- Organize the human and material resources necessary for the smooth running of the project.
- Ensure quality, planning, safety, and budget follow-up.
- Control the proper application of technical processes: surface treatments, resins, finishes.
- Be the primary contact for operational teams, suppliers, and the final client.
- Report on progress and write follow-up reports.
Qualifications
- Graduated with an engineering degree (Bac +5), you have initial experience (1 to 2 years) in painting project management, ideally on technical projects.
- Knowledge of the naval environment is a real asset; failing that, experience in the building sector is appreciated.
- You are recognized for your autonomy, rigor, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Your field sense and taste for teamwork will allow you to succeed in this mission.
