Responsibilities

• Accompany business teams in the adoption of new digital solutions (collaborative tools, ERP, CRM, data, etc.)
• Define and implement change management strategies adapted to client contexts
• Analyze organizational impacts and propose action plans to foster adherence
• Design communication, training, and change support materials
• Lead the deployment of transformation initiatives and measure their results

Requirements

Formation / Expérience

• Graduated from an engineering school or holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in digital transformation, organization, or innovation management

Compétences techniques

• Knowledge of change management tools and methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter...)
• Proficiency in collaborative and digital environments (O365, cloud tools, digital platforms)
• Experience in managing cross-functional and agile projects
• Mastery of communication and content creation tools (PowerPoint, Miro, LMS...)

• Ability to federate diverse stakeholders
• Rigor, structuring, and initiative spirit

Langues et mobilité

• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken essential)
