Responsibilities

Your main missions

Expertise Technique

Act as a test bench specialist on various client projects or result-driven projects led by ALTEN
Provide your expertise during pre-sales phases: analysis of client needs and development of technical responses with commercial and project teams

Strategic Development

Contribute to the definition and implementation of a development strategy for the Electronics expertise
Participate in the structuring and evolution of the sector in the short, medium, and long term

Community Animation

Energize the Electronics Competence Community: share your knowledge, organize training, and provide technical support

Recruitment

Contribute to the technical qualification of candidates within recruitment processes

Requirements

Education / Experience

Education: Engineer or Bac+5 in electronics or software
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in development or design of complex products and boards

Technical Skills

Definition and implementation of test benches and strategies for complex electronic systems
Automation and optimization of test sequences under TESTAND
Design and validation of high-performance digital circuits
Development of drivers and software integration for testing (Python)
Execution of validation campaigns according to strict standards (DO-254, ISO 26262)
Advanced characterization and robustness testing on different platforms
Mastery of aeronautical and industrial standards (EMC/EMI, environmental qualification)
Participation in quality audits and critical technical reviews
Writing specifications, test reports, and technical documentation
Experience in Agile development and continuous integration

Aptitudes and Qualities

Appetence for:

Productivity and automation
Natural curiosity for new technologies and emerging issues
Experience in technical training (creation and animation of modules, coaching, events) would be a plus

Languages
