About the Position

Ingénieur électronique de puissance H/F

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Île-de-France, France

We are seeking a motivated Power Electronics Engineer to join our team in Île-de-France, working on designing and developing power electronic systems for electric and hybrid vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop power converters (DC/DC, inverters, chargers, etc.)
  • Perform modeling, simulation, and sizing of electronic components
  • Participate in technical choices and optimization of electronic architectures
  • Define and execute test plans (HIL, validation benches, real-world testing)
  • Ensure compliance with automotive standards (ISO 26262, AEC-Q, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, embedded systems, and quality teams

Requirements

Education / Experience

  • Graduated from an engineering school in power electronics, electrotechnics, or equivalent.
  • Initial experience (internship, apprenticeship, or position) in the design of power systems, ideally in the automotive sector.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of energy conversion topologies, power semiconductors (IGBT, MOSFET, SiC, GaN).
  • Proficiency in simulation tools (PSIM, MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, or equivalent).
  • Good skills in analog and digital electronics.
  • Excellent command of English.
