Description of the Position

The medical sector focuses on the development and provision of high-tech medical equipment. It plays a key role in optimizing healthcare through innovative and high-performance devices.

Main Missions

The project involves monitoring and categorizing issues impacting interventional radiological systems deployed in hospitals and medical practices in France and internationally. Errors are reported by maintenance teams or through automatic diagnostic systems. The goal is to analyze and categorize these errors, then analyze global trends to propose improvement axes for system performance.

Main Activities:

Analyze tickets categorized as "Superior or Critical".
Investigate the causes of these issues and propose resolution paths.
Analyze system and technical engineering logs and documents.
Perform global statistical analyses and identify trends.
Investigate system errors in collaboration with R&D and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

Education: Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering.
Experience: Experience in quality, testing, validation, or R&D, ideally in a regulated industry such as biomedical.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Knowledge of Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, VBA is a plus
Statistical analysis skills appreciated
Good writing skills

Personal Qualities

Ability to work in a team.
Proficiency in English.
