Description of the Position

As a Project Management Engineer, you will intervene at the heart of industrial projects and ensure the management and monitoring of activities. Your main missions will be:

• Ensure the operational follow-up of projects (planning, costs, quality, deadlines)
• Update and manage performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in the construction and monitoring of project schedules
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose associated action plans
• Prepare and lead steering meetings (project committees, performance reviews)
• Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
• Coordinate the different interlocutors (technical teams, support functions, management)

Requirements

• Graduated from an engineering school or Bac+5 (project management, generalist, aeronautics…)
• Prior experience in project management / PMO is desired (internship or apprenticeship accepted)
• Good mastery of planning tools (MS Project, Excel…)
• Knowledge of industrial environments, ideally aeronautical
• Professional English required
• Rigor, organization, analytical mind, and excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience in the aeronautical sector
• Knowledge of risk management
• Familiarity with performance indicators
