Responsibilities

As an Industrial Engineer (H/F), you will be responsible for optimizing and deploying manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements. Your main missions will include:

• Defining and implementing industrialization processes for new products
• Optimizing manufacturing tools and methods to improve productivity and quality
• Collaborating with R&D, production, and quality services to ensure industrial feasibility
• Conducting analyses and proposing continuous improvements to manufacturing processes
• Ensuring processes comply with current standards
• Participating in solving technical problems and proposing innovative solutions

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or a master's in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• Ideally, prior experience in industrialization or methods in an industrial environment

Skills and Knowledge:

• Mastery of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Manufacturing processes and tooling management
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and production management ERPs
• Operational excellence
