About the Position

Ingénieur IVV banc de test H/F

Join Scalian, a leading independent consulting and engineering group in digital, project management, and systems engineering. On our PACA region agency, we work with major players in the aerospace industry and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Test Bench Design and Architecture: Participate in the definition, specification, and implementation of integration and validation benches (hardware and software).
• System Integration: Assemble and configure the hardware and software elements of the test bench to ensure proper functioning.
• Verification and Validation (IVV): Write and execute test procedures (functional and performance) on the bench, analyze results, and identify discrepancies.
• Anomaly Management: Report, document, and track detected anomalies using configuration management tools, then participate in technical expertise.
• Maintenance in Operational Conditions (MCO): Ensure the evolution, maintenance, and optimization of test benches throughout the project.
• Technical Relationship: Regularly interact with design, development, and client teams to ensure the conformity of deliverables.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education degree (Bac+5) in Electronics, Industrial Computing, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Significant first experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first job of 1 to 3 years) in the field of IVV, ideally on test benches in demanding environments (Aerospace, Space, Defense, Rail, Automotive, or Energy).
• Key Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, etc.).
  • Knowledge of test management and traceability tools (Jira, DOORS, TestLink...).
  • Good understanding of instrumentation, communication buses (ARINC, CAN, Ethernet...), and electrical schematics reading.
