Responsibilities

🎯 Your Role

As a Software Engineer at ALTEN, you will be part of an Agile Scrum team and participate in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions, meeting client needs and industry standards.

Main Tasks

📋 Analysis and Design

Analyze technical and functional specifications to define user needs.
Design scalable and efficient technical solutions and conduct feasibility studies.
Propose and validate technical solutions with product management and end-users.

💻 Development

Develop high-quality software following industry best practices.
Model, design, and implement databases to meet application needs.

🧪 Testing and Maintenance

Perform unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software reliability.
Participate in validation phases and adjust products based on feedback.
Debug and maintain existing solutions in collaboration with product managers and analysts.

📝 Documentation

Write clear and comprehensive technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

🛠️ Your Profile

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience: Initial experience as a software developer (internship or full-time).
Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one of the following: C++, Java, or Python.
Methodologies: Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Cloud Technologies: Azure
DevOps and CI/CD: Bash, Jenkins, Artifactory, BitBucket
Containerization and Orchestration: Docker, OpenShift
Monitoring and Testing: Prometheus, Grafana, GoogleTest, Mock, JMeter
Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence
Messaging and API Tools: Kafka, Swagger, Postman
Databases: Oracle, Couchbase
