Description of the Position

To strengthen its defense division, ALTEN is recruiting an engineer specialized in Operational Condition Maintenance.

Main Missions

• Ensure MCO support for test benches: Ensure the proper functioning and operational availability of the benches.
• Diagnose and unblock: Identify failures and malfunctions (electronic, computer, mechanical).
• Correct and maintain: Perform necessary repairs or replacements (electronic boards, hardware modules, software updates).
• Software intervention: Adjust scripts, update test environments, fix software bugs.
• Hardware intervention: Verify, calibrate, and repair components and measurement instruments.
• Documentation & traceability: Write intervention reports, update technical files, ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous improvement: Propose technical and methodological optimizations to make test benches more reliable.
• Interface with project and production teams: Collaborate with engineers, automation specialists, and product teams to monitor anomalies.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

• Graduated from an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in electronics, electrotechnics, embedded systems, industrial IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational condition maintenance and/or in an electronic environment.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge in electronics and measurement (oscilloscope, multimeter, analyzers).
• Mastery of diagnostic and testing tools.
• Good knowledge in industrial IT (Windows/Linux, scripts, test software).
• Ability to analyze and correct hardware and software.
