Your Work Environment

You will join the IT Department as a Messaging Engineer. You will be part of the team responsible for Microsoft communication tools (Emails, VoIP, meetings). You will report to an activity manager based in England who manages an international team, but you will also belong to the IT Department in Tunisia.

Your Role and Mission

Your missions include:

• Participation in the maintenance and evolution of messaging platforms, both Exchange online and Exchange SE
• Participation in messaging migrations related to mergers/acquisitions
• Intervention in the analysis, remediation, and filtering of phishing and ransomware messages
• Level 3 support to help users and projects
• Support for VIPs on requests related to messaging tools
• Participation in technological watch on Microsoft tool features to propose new uses of these tools within the group

Requirements

• Engineering or university degree in computer science
• 5 years of experience in the Exchange world and proficiency in scripting
• Experience in supporting French VIPs
• Knowledge of both Exchange SE and Exchange online in a hybrid environment is a plus
• Good analytical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to propose solutions, enjoy challenges, and work in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate daily with a distributed team across France, England, Spain, Belgium, and India
