Description of the Position

As an Industrial Methods Engineer on the final assembly line (FAL), you will be a strategic player in ensuring the efficiency and performance of industrial processes, with the goal of delivering quality devices within the specified deadlines.

Responsibilities

Design and improve industrial processes

• Analyze production needs and design optimized assembly sequences
• Define best practices and tools to ensure the reliability and efficiency of operations

Support production teams

• Propose technical solutions to problems encountered in the workshop
• Act as a facilitator to ensure the interface between production, quality, and engineering departments

Optimization of performance

• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce production cycles, improve flows, and minimize costs
• Implement performance monitoring indicators and corrective action plans

Digitalization and automation

• Participate in the introduction of new technologies and methods to modernize assembly processes

Technical data management

• Supervise the creation and updating of industrial documents (sequences, nomenclatures, plans) in compliance with technical modifications

Collaboration and innovation

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to large-scale industrial innovation projects

Requirements

Education / Experience

• Graduated from an engineering school or holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering or methods / production
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the aerospace or automotive sector

Technical Skills

• Knowledge in CAD
• Experience with an ERP system
• Knowledge of the production environment

• Analytical and synthetic mind
• Results-oriented
• Organizational skills and rigor

Languages and Mobility

• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
