Salary: €40,000 - €50,000

Responsibilities
- Industrialization of Products: From the breakdown of technical requirements for a given product to the demonstration of associated compliance.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical teams at the Creusot site based on factory standards.
- Documentation: Write necessary technical documentation for the proper realization of components.
- Manufacturing Oversight: Ensure the respect of manufacturing standards during forging, machining, heat treatment, and associated controls.
- Complex Deviation Management: Define and implement technical treatments for complex product deviations and present them to the client.
- Product Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of Creusot products.
- Knowledge Collection: Collect feedback related to project implementation in the application of product standards.
- Cross-functional Management: Coordinate, federate, and manage teams involved in product realization.
Requirements

Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or Master's in metallurgy, materials science, or mechanical/industrial engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project coordination.

Skills/Qualities:
- Knowledge of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, and material transformation (materials, forging, heat treatment, and machining).
- Knowledge of cross-functional management techniques (coordination of multidisciplinary teams).
- Proficiency in technical English.

Abilities:
- Good mechanical and metallurgical culture (reading plans, basic knowledge of materials/metallurgy, machining).
- Ability to analyze and arbitrate technical issues.
- Ability to create agendas and meeting minutes.
- Cross-functional management.
