Description of the Position
To strengthen our Caen teams, we are recruiting an Industrial Methods Engineer (M/F).
Main Missions
- Express industrial recommendations for the design of new products
- Integrate product evolutions/new products into the production tool
- Analyze impacts on production lines
- Manage on-site performance
- Secure series start-up
- Conduct time studies
- Handle process-related documentation
- Request tooling
- Manage industrial planning in relation to project schedules
- Report and escalate difficult points to industrial project managers and hierarchical superiors
- Present product and process evolutions to series methods, quality, and manufacturing teams before series introduction
Qualifications
Education / Experience
- Graduated from an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) specialized in industrial methods
- First professional experience in the industrial field would be a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Catia or Solidworks
Personal Qualities
- Relational ease
- Ability to work in a team
- Methodical, organized, and autonomous
- Motivated and eager to learn
