Responsibilities

• Define and implement industrialization processes for new products
• Optimize manufacturing tools and methods to improve productivity and quality
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality departments to ensure industrial feasibility
• Conduct analyses and propose continuous improvements to manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance of processes with current standards
• Participate in solving technical problems and propose innovative solutions

Requirements

• Graduated from an engineering school or master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• Ideally, you have prior experience in industrialization or methods in an industrial environment
• Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling management
• Mastery of CAD/CAM software and production management ERPs
• Operational excellence
