Responsibilities
As an Industrial Methods Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing the manufacturing and maintenance processes of aerospace products. You will be responsible for preparing manufacturing and assembly files, improving work methods, and providing technical support to production teams.
Main Missions:
- Contribution to Golden Rules and RETEX: Participate in the continuous improvement of industrial methods by sharing best practices.
- Anomaly Monitoring and Treatment: Identify and resolve anomalies encountered in the workshop.
- Analysis and Preparation:
- Analyze plans, specifications, and technical instructions.
- Develop manufacturing, assembly, and inspection files in collaboration with production and engineering teams.
- Process Improvement:
- Propose and implement improvements in manufacturing methods and tools to optimize quality, costs, and deadlines.
- Participate in industrial optimization and Lean Manufacturing projects.
- Technical Support:
- Assist production teams by providing daily technical support.
- Resolve technical issues encountered on production lines.
- Documentation and Training:
- Write and update technical documentation and work instructions.
- Train operators on new methods and procedures implemented.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with different departments (production, quality, engineering, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in production follow-up meetings and technical committees.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of manufacturing and assembly techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.) and production management software (ERP).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Personal Abilities:
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Rigor, organization, and methodology.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
