Ingénieur montage (H/F)

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Île-de-France, France

We are seeking a specialized Ingénieur montage to join our team in Île-de-France, focusing on validating assembly processes and implementing technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Validate the assemblability of parts and tooling on assembly line stations
  • Analyze assembly issues encountered during the industrialization phase
  • Propose and implement suitable technical solutions
  • Update process documentation (FOP, operating procedures)
  • Update assembly graphs and assembly sequences
  • Formalize assembly agreements with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Monitor field issues and manage associated action plans (PROMPT, LUP)
  • Collaborate closely with industrialization, production, and supplier teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly processes

Requirements

Education / Experience

  • Graduated from an engineering school or holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive assembly methods and/or product/process industrialization.
  • Experience in a factory environment (bodywork or assembly) is highly appreciated.

Technical Skills

  • CATIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE (digital mockup).
  • Assembly and industrialization methods for products/processes.
  • Industrial tools: SIGNE, RVT, OneView, BOM, ProAPW, DST, TPR.
  • Assembly feasibility analysis and problem-solving.
  • Technical and process documentation management.

Personal Qualities

  • Rigor and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.

Languages and Mobility

  • Professional proficiency in French (written and spoken).
