Responsibilities

Your missions will include:

• Piloting the Delivery of a portfolio of projects in a continuous improvement approach (Quality, Cost, Time)
• Estimating project charges and deadlines
• Structuring, planning project activities, and monitoring allocated skills
• Organizing and leading steering committees
• Providing regular internal and external operational reporting
• Selecting your operational teams
• Functionally managing project teams (between 15 and 30 engineers)
• Representing ALTEN on client sites

Depending on your experience and technical expertise, you may also:

• Participate in the development of technical offers during the Response to Tender phase, in collaboration with the commercial team and support from the Project Director.
• Be a reference for projects with high technical complexity

Requirements

• Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent Bac+5, with at least 1 year of experience in an industrial production environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer service mindset
• Proficiency in English is a plus
