About the Position
We are seeking a Level 2 Workstation Engineer to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco, providing technical support and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Handling incidents and requests (Service Now Tickets)
- Resolving or transferring with analysis elements
- Writing technical documentation and processes
- Qualification and acceptance of technical hardware/software
- Level 2 Workstation Support
- Technological vigilance
- On-call duties, night shifts, and remote work days possible at our request or that of the client
